Need expert here, I’m down to the wire and completely out of ideas here. This truck has been built from ground up but cannot get wipers to work.

From my understanding the wiper switch are ground wires but in photo u can see they are hot? Do I simply place wiper switch in its spot to ground properly or is there something bigger going on?

This is my final step for complete rebuild and it’s driving me crazy. Any help will be greatly appreachiated. Also the wiring on wiper motor is good to go yellow hot and blue/black are speeds.

Just can’t finger out switch the wipers are not working and has power to them.
