When I first bought my Blazer, I was going with Hugger Orange. It looks great and really suits this style of truck, the problem is that everyone else thinks so too and in IMHO it's been done too many times. What made me change my mind was the Syracuse show this year. There was an amazing looking Blazer there (1 of 2) and it was from Ontario, and you guessed it, it was orange.
I don't like wrong year paint either, and some newer colours with high metallics and pearls really don't suit older vehicles. I think my choice will look good, and will be somewhat different.

Hey...my truck wasn't a factory correct color (or colour
). You couldn't get silver on these trucks. We cheated on the reproduced SPID and coded the paint out as a special order code so it synced up. I just like the black under hood, correct dash color, detail stuff like that...
BTW...have I missed it in the thread...or misread your post? What colour are you painting it?
