Been a while but I've made some progress. I've temporarily got the bed back on the truck so I can make the new bed floor and get the wheel tubs installed. The new bed floor is going to be almost 10" higher than the stock one was, not sure if I'm going to go with wood or metal for the floor yet. I ended up getting a new Wilwood master cylinder because the old one was leaking , so that's installed and plumbed. I've done some other stuff on it too but this is all I have pictures of right now.
