Respectfully......$4300 sounds high to me for that motor and trans combination.
Some of the guys will probably weigh in on some better prices on some more capable crate engines.
The (3 speed) TH350 is a bit outdated compared to the newer 4 speed automatics like the 4L60 and 700R series transmissions.
