Congrats on the new truck! Overall it looks nice. I agree about previous owners, using explosives to cut holes it seems.

I have a stepside so can't really advise on the trim removal. Too bad about the accident but there is a silver lining, you are going to get some work done quickly. Looking forward to where your build goes.
