I would think so, does it have an oil pressure gauge? that appears to be reading properly? I would think an internal engine noise it would continue with raised rpms unless it was somehow oil pressure related. It looks like a nice rig btw, I'm a big fan of suburbans and envy you guys out west that can pick them up with little to no rust
