I'm not sure of the question, but I think it's recommendations on Wheel Vintique's 10 inch rallys? Squarebody Syndicate has his formula up on his site:

He uses Wheel Vintique's 15x10" with a 5" backspace in the rear. It looks like the outside face of the front and rear tire align with each other. If you are asking something different, I apologize.
