Prolly not, but it for sure looks like the bed is not level.
A shop built it for him over a perod of years. I'm thinking that they just wanted the rear lower and didn't pay attention to keeping it all lined up. From a lot of photos I have seen on the net that droopy back end look is all too common on frame swap trucks but I think that truck just has a subframe/stub swap on it. One of my buddies worked on on it and I think he did the subframe swap when he worked for the guy who was doing the work. It's one of the slickest and straightest TF trucks I have ever seen anywhere. One reason I thought it might be Hogfarm's truck but I forgot his is a later model.
