so let me ask you guys a question, organizationally, what method do you use to mentally break down the list of tasks needed to start/complete a project?
My mind races everywhere, one minute I'm contemplating engine options, the next minute chassis and suspension, then dash layout, electrical, rims and tires, etc etc.

does parts availability shape your build at all or do you stick to a strict plan?

even at the junkyard yesterday, I had my list of things I was looking for, but then I run into factory bucket seats and I'm off to the races again!

At 45 you'd think I could stay a bit more mentally organized but its all candy to me! Do you go through the same thought process or something similar or am I just a mental midget? (loaded question)
