Rocknrod - did move my filler to the right side, it ended up in the rear fender.

I just copied the original cab hole

and then used the original filler neck and rubber seal

I just copied the original cab hole and then used the original filler neck and rubber seal for a factory (ish ) look __________________ Getting old sucks.............but it sure beats the alternative
