It’s been over ten years since I did mine, and never installed an IFS lift. The kit and crossover steering costs almost as much as an IFS lift. Shocks, extended brake lines, front driveshaft/exhaust are all parts that IFS needs to, just they come with it. I did mine on a shoe string budget, it drove pretty good, even with no sway bar and cheap shocks.
