Alrighty, to put a cap on my original post - I bought the 30-0131 from the LMC site (
http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/full.aspx?Page=37). Finally received them on Monday and just got them installed today. Everything went swimmingly with two exceptions - there are two bolts that are 3-4 inches too long and a set of bolts that are an inch too short. I went ahead and installed the ones that were too long, not a big deal and I can cut them later. I'll have to hit the hardware store to pick up two more for the ones that were too short.

Now I just need to find someone to do the body work and I'm ready to reassemble. I also need to find the engineer who thought up the location for the front most fender bolt and beat him. I'll unfortunately have to do the same to the guy who cut the dash for a dual din head unit.
