1983 was the last year for the circuit breaker for the power windows-about in the middle of the fusepanel there should be a silver 30A circuit breaker-that is for the power wondows. Yiu may have some broken/corroded wiring either at the switch connector or inside the door jamb boots-both are common problems but check the CB first.
