I don't believe you can as the 3/4 ton axle has different sized drums and backing plates so the inter-cable is likely a different length.

I don't believe there any difference in a regular long bed pickup and a Burban part numbers for the rear cables as I don't remember having any problems getting new ones for mine though NAPA back in 2017. Just be sure the person behind the counter understands which springs you have. They may have to look in the book () if their computer doesn't tell them which is which.
