I think it depends on what you want. Is it the lift, color, wheels and tires you want etc.? I have to say I have about 15k in the engine and trans in mine. I am in the middle of installing an offroad design lift kit which is around $2500. I have easily 3k into the interior at this point just in the seats, carpet and console. Needless to say it adds up to build these. I would say I have 30k into mine.
