Then in the late 60's it was shortened to just "Suburban". But the earlier versions seem to use the "Suburban" and "Carryall" names interchangeably. I may be wrong but thats how it was told to me.

Thanks for the reasonable answer to my confusion,it would seem the general intended it that way. I do feel the need to correct you on the start of suburbans, it was in the 30s. Not sure about how early, but have seen as early as 36.
