He makes it all in addition to his job afaik so its literally just one dude building the parts by hand.

He also has a version of the d52 kit that uses a slight variation of the caliper with an e-brake. The astro/d52 combo uses front rotors out back, so no provision for ebrake built in.

There is another version that uses an eldorado caliper with an e-brake lever on it. I don't know if it uses the same rotor or something different.
