There is a door to allow heat to enter cab. located, sort of below / right side of radio. access by removing glove box..... to left of glove box opening....

Also ...maybe your heater core is covered with leaves & junk. The stuff that wiggles it's way down from the vent, at bottom of windshield.

( When I replaced my A/C, I found my heater core covered with crap )
