The special installer would be nice or you can pull the axles and use a press which is the best way if you use really long studs.

But I do as above with a pair of washers with grease between them which creates a plain bearings. Then use a stock open ended lug nut you put on backwards so that the taper is up and the larger flat nut head is bearing against the washer. Then spin it down with an impact until the knurl is pulled through the axle and the stud head is flush against the back of the axle.

Don’t over tighten as you can break the head off the stud.
