I use Amsoil 10W-40 Heavy duty long change interval oil. I use their filters & change them every 6 months regardless of miles. I change the oil annually or every 25,000 miles which ever comes first. I like the stuff and have very high regard for its performance. I recently did a "re-gasket" job after 175,000 miles and the wear was minimal to non existant in all areas, so its doing a good job IMHO. Alway a joy to replace seals over metal!
