I love those open road units...very cool.
The only thing I struggle with is some of the 'period' look inside in terms of colors, fabrics, etc....that stuff is a little tougher to take....lol.
I bought a pickup camper years ago and it had that 1970's dark wood type interior...and I (and my wife) just couldn't handle that whole 'dark den' look.
So I sanded it all down and repainted it inside to a very bright color....it was way more liveable and 'cheerful' in there.
I did however go with a lot of cool 'period' type fixtures, lamps, shades, stuff like that.
