I cut the green and tan to feed the high / low relay's pin 86. What you have there should work, but I might be concerned about moisture or vibration.

Pin 85 gets grounded, you can use that ground or a new ground.

Pin 30 gets a wire from the battery. 16 gauge or larger (smaller numerically). Make sure you use a fuse, 20 amps should be good.

87 is output to the bulbs. I used new sockets with 14 or 16 gauge wire. Run both sides to the relay. I don't like the factory way of going to the drivers side first. I grounded the headlights to the body near each headlight with the same gauge wire as the positive side.
