Depending on just how bad the bend/deflection is, you might be able to do just that. I've seen some frame straightened with hydraulic equipment (backhoe). I've heard of people using come alongs and ratchets, make sure you get a heavy duty one though. Are you sure the frame is tweaked, and it's not just the bumper brackets?
