The 8460N fits Car & Truck 12-bolts, & maybe the old Eaton HO rear ends. The CR# is the same as the GM part#.
For '71 1/2 ton Only 2 Diffs were avalible....The Truck 12-bolt & a Dana 44.
The only reason im saying anything is because using HO33/35 to order parts will get you in trouble.
