I do not know what year they went to the seperate slave cylinder but should be easy to find out and easier to come by, you won't be sorry going to power steering.

yes please post the pics when you can, it will give me an idea what to be looking for. I'm new to the whole MDT thing, on my c-10's I've found it easy to adapter later model stuff to make things work, I just wasn't sure how things worked on the bigger trucks.
