Even the wood might be rusty on this one. I like how you repaired your rusty suburban but mine is going a different route. If you noticed the frame we built is very wide. The frame rails will be inside the rocker panels and the panels and the floor will be fabricated around them.

We started to weld in some bracing. We used 2" because it was laying around Tomorrow we will put in some X braces

We marked out two cut lines to move the door frame back 16"
