yes, the complete kit is around that including shipping. Our costs are considerably less than the competition (becool, etc.) and we are a small American owned / operated company, making products here in the USA. We take great pride in our products, and stand behind our work (unlike many of the cheaper, foreign-made radiators). One way we like to put it is if you have to buy several cheap imports over a several year span, have you really saved anything? I always believe its worth it to buy quality.
