You need a flex plate from a 1 piece rear main seal 350. They crank snub has a different offset then the 2 piece rear main engines. I suspect that will solve your issue.
Yeah, that's what the old engine had except I think I forgot to take it off before I sold it. Whoops.

No knock sensor as the EFI kit is all self contained.

And I'm not sure what you're referring to with the flexplate?
