Thanks! In hindsight, I should have mounted the front clip stepped, 1" higher.

Next up, sheet metal repair. Cutting off the door skin.


Starting with a flat piece of 18g, let's make new door bottoms.












I made a new door skin on the english wheel. Welding in place with my dad's TIG welder.
