I got the one from
www.truckandcarshop.com to replace the dented one in my Blazer. It was 203.00 to my door complete. As far as the tank in the cab I know there was something on one of the news programs a few years back about older trucks with the filler neck on the side of the cab and in a roll over on the side the filler neck was sheared off and all the gas that was in the tank came out.
