3.42 or 3.73 gears. Look at the junkyard for an axle. You can also get the rear out of a 4x4 and swap the axle shafts. Probably best luck looking in trucks with an OD trans for an axle. O e thing is any factory posi is probably shot and ready for new clutches.

If you don't regear consider an RV cam and try to bring those factory torque numbers up. This isnt as good as a gear swap but should help immensely with 2.73 gears.
