Mine has this hole on the underside of the dash. I believe it is what he is talking about

As I understand our trucks, 1964-1966 are virtually unchanged through those years. My 1966 C-10 Fleetside does not have an extra hole under any of the switches of that single horizontal row. Headlamp, wiper, steering wheel, ignition, choke. End of holes in my dash.
Just a curious owner in Oregon, that's all.
