Thanks for being a fireman. It's pretty cool,around here when many of the old FDs built new facilities they built lobbies with big windows to display vintage fire apparatus,much older than these trucks. The Mount Airy "Volunteers" have an old '39s truck that I can't recall is. The VFD owns a carnival grounds and the last night of the carnival is a parade through town they've had for years. It's just a small town and companies from all over,even neighboring states all turn out to show their pride and joys. I always thought it would be coo to have a show.
