I don't have part numbers, but they're the same style caps, lugs and lug covers that came on the standard steel wheels too. The only difference in true SS centers is the red Bowtie on the black background of the sticker in the center.
Whenever I bought my SS wheels years ago, I just went to eBay and found a set of caps and lugs.
