That is beautiful Very nice. I'll bet you are excited to keep it going.

I am not sure how others would do it but the next step I would do is get the firewall area back together on both sides. You will need the firewall insulation which goes inside first. I would get the master cylinder/brake booster installed and run the brake lines and bleed the brakes, then get the steering hooked up.

I guess it depends on what needs to go on first so you are not pulling parts off to install other parts. You may want to invest in an assembly manual and try to follow it. It will save you time and show you the proper order of assembly.
