That should be fairly easy to hook up with just some wire, a hazard flasher, and some connectors.

The 72 turn signal / hazard flasher switch assembly should have a brown wire that serves as the input for the hazard flashers. Locate that wire and connect it to one terminal of the hazard flasher. Then wire the other terminal of the flasher to a fused +12V source.

The Signal-Stat 105 hazard flasher setup (that was a factory option in these trucks) plugged into the very bottom fuse in the fusebox. So you could use that as the power source for your flasher too. But if your fusebox just has an empty slot there (with no fuse clip) you could use an inline fuse holder to protect the circuit.

All of the other wiring is shared in common with the turn signals and it sounds like those are already hooked up.
