Get your truck up off the ground. Loosen the bolts the adjust the tortion bars. I think they take a 15/16 socket. They should loosen up and take tension off to remove them.. The rear part of the bar just sits in a pocket and will come down when you take off the lower control arm off.

When I replaced my lower ball joints they came apart easy.

If you plan to keep the bars, it will be kinda tricky to get them readjusted to keep the truck level. I kinda did that by eye.
