I am curious to see what other guys come up with. I have to imagine this is very hard to pull off because that plastic is SOOOOOOO different than anything we can get that I know of to fill it. The first thing that comes to mind is filling the whole low area with epoxy and then epoxy priming the whole thing and using that for any small imperfections left.
