Definitely a 73-87 x-member or @ least 73-87 arms.

I've never seen a 'floating' motor-mount stanchion/tower on these trucks (C10's). All of the trucks I've seen throughout my years were anchored @ the top of the rail as well as @ the x-member (I started paying attention to this stuff in the early 80's through present). I'm betting that was driveway-built.
