I don't have barn doors but the upper and lower gates on my Burban have room for a lot of adjustment and I went through the same issue on my upper gate this spring. And after some careful application of grease on the seal and moving the gate around I was able to get it to seal. I used a black grease that would show up easily on the white paint where ever the seal was touching. This made it easy to see what areas were contacting and which areas were not.

Looks like I can shift the doors up a bit, and possibly tilt the top side in.
I'll use your tip with the black grease to see if that can solve my problem.
