Thanks Mudman! Unfortunately I still have no injector pulse. Either I have a grounding issue, or the ECM is kaput. I'm going to order up some tuning/diagnostic software to try and pinpoint exactly what I'm missing so that I don't keep throwing money away on this nightmare.
