I see rust bubbles as a big deal. It's rust out,not that it can't be repaired. But even with good paint on the vehicle,that is all gone if there's rust repair needed. It still probably is minor rust out. You have to figure what it would be worth rust free and I think he could get more than 10k if it was. I think 10k is optimistic and 5k a bit low. It's a low rust Blazer and they are far and few between. I'm thinking more like $7,500. It would be great to pay less but the seller is more likely to drop that much than lower and I'm sure someone would give $7,500. I wouldn't be surprised if $8,500 is the bottom dollar and that's I could live with. They're just aren't cheap Blazers that aren't rust buckets anymore. Good luck
