I'm betting the power brakes are required with the 350 option. Therefore it isn't listed.
Just like if you order a tach, the gauges are required, so gauges aren't listed. Just a guess. I know that disc brakes were standard equipment beginning in 71. I thought power was optional, although I have seen them listed somewhere as standard. I have several 72's in my possession, all with power brakes, but none have them listed.
As far as pricing, I give my best guess with the understanding that 'time and materials" is what is required for any work of this nature. Anytime something is done on a set price, someone is going to loose. And nobody can stay in business working for free.

Yes, this my shop. I do stay pretty busy. I normally like to keep 3 or 4 big projects going at any given time. Right now I have about 8 in various states of progress.
