I don't think so. The spacer / bracket does several things. The motor has no place to mount to regulator. Also the motor needs to be 90 degrees to regulator. The gear needs to spaced away from sector. The bracket magically does these things.

Here is another way to look at it; if o told uou a bracket makes it very easy to mount motor and was only $20, would you buy it?

Anything can be fabricated...what is your time worth? Once i had correct parts it took 20 minutes.
