When I dropped mine I ordered from ECE. I did 2.5" spindles, and decided to try 1" springs in the front. and 5" springs in the back.
back turned out great, it is a long bed so actually used 4" but the extra weight gives it a little more drop.
When I did the front it was way to low and the stock steel wheels with 225/75x15 tires rubbed. I called ECE and talked to them and the guy asked me to email them a couple pics and measurements. He said they see 1 or 2 trucks a year that sit low in the front and they have no idea why.
They sent me out a set of stock height springs with a return label to send back the other springs. The stock height springs gave me the height I wanted and have been perfect for almost 2 years now.
As for alignment I got tired of paying shops $200 a pop to get it wrong so I bought a bubble level
alignment tool and dd my homework, now with power steering i can run down the highway at 70 with no hands on the wheel.
