not planned . just like overkill .

and my frame is a Frankenstein . its been shortened under the cab from crew cab length . also in its original build when it was still a crew cab i planned on a 4ft flatbed so i had cut the frame off above the rear axle centerline . so i welded this back on also to make it whole again . and making the bumper pull hitch tie in to the goose hitch in my theory will help spread the pulling force out since the goose hitch is just ahead of that second weld section of the frame .

i also plan on making my own mounts for timbren bump stops i have i scored cheep of evilbay . i will make these mounts bolt on the outside of the frame and tie in the 2 back bolts per side in the frame for the goose hitch then add in 2 more past the weld section to basically make that a bolt in fish plate .

in short as i said i like overkill with what i have .
