They are vortec style heads. It's the same as the 165cc dart heads but with the vortec intake bolt pattern. They are 170cc heads because they took a little out on the top of the intake runner.
Summit sells the summit brand dart 165cc head with 72cc chamber and the summit vortec style heads with 67cc chamber. I just went with the vortec because I wanted more compression.
They are made by dart, I called dart and talked to the about it. Also, I looked up the numbers on the summit heads and it took to to darts website. If you look at them on summits page and click on repair parts, they are all dart parts.
