Re: 1985 suburban lowering question

got her lower for now. did it the cheap way for now until i order parts.
wanted to throw some shackles that i had laying in the garage on for a simple quick drop. but since the spare tire well leaves me no room to get the bolt out, i chose to pull a couple leafs out
still looking for answers from anyone who has lowered a c10 2 wheel drive suburban as to how to get the bolts out and new ones in since the future plan will be to do a flip kit and spindles etc.

but for now, just cut a coil and a half off the front spring and pulled 3 leafs.
this weekend i will most likely put back in the fat bottom spring. think its called an overload spring. or 2 regular leaf.
i had 6 and now only 3. think the rear needs to go up a bit and the ride aint that great where it sits now. hopefully adding one more leaf will help until i order parts to do proper drop and maybe get an answer on the rear.
