i know grounds are essential and two of them are directly connected to each rear side running lamps. a quick clean, to make sure the ground has sound metal connection, will improve electrical performance to the rear. both probably exposed to moisture for years back there.

clearly pulliing both back bulbs, cleaning the two rear sockets is essential.

but many on this board have referenced the need for sound grounds from the dash to frame - firewall.
