I put a farm jack with a somewhat rounded piece of angle iron bolted to it for the bead of the tire between the hitch of the truck and the tire and jack it down. A bumper jack would work too. I can post a pic if someone is interested. Oh and to air them up I put a ratchet strap around the middle of the tread and make sure the valve stem is out. I have one of those air fitting that clamps to the stem and blows full pressure. Then a little shake back and forth til the bead catches and pop! Bubble balancer gets me close to a good balance.
