I have one of those air fitting that clamps to the stem and blows full pressure. Then a little shake back and forth til the bead catches and pop! Bubble balancer gets me close to a good balance.

What are you doing in Riverview , Wouldn't plant city be a better fit ? or maybe Apollo beach ?
